Kudda presents another series of absolutely free lacrosse videos. In this clinic, Coach Horsey goes thru a series of drills to teach the fundamentals of shooting. The players will shoot over a goal into a 2nd goal to work on getting their hands high and away from the body.

lets say we dont have 2 gaols. what would be another object we could use to practice getting our hands high and snapping down
